MathAlive! now open at Museum of Aviation in Georgia

MathAlive! opens next in Warner Robins, Georgia

Raytheon Selects the Museum of Aviation as a host Site for its MathAlive! Interactive Exhibit in 2016

The Raytheon MathAlive! traveling exhibition will open in Warner Robins, Georgia, at the Museum of Aviation, located at Robins Air Force Base May 21, 2016. Visitors can virtually ride a snowboard, design (and play) their own video games, jump into a fractal dance party, and even design custom skateboards for “pop” – the quick, snapping motion that allows a board to do the best tricks.

MathAlive! is presented nationally and underwritten at the Museum of Aviation by Raytheon.

The MathAlive! exhibit uses 40 unique, interactive experiences to transform math from its native form into easy-to-understand applications of design, engineering, technology and science.

There are six themed galleries covering more than 5,000 square feet of space:

  • Outdoor Action … Adventure Sports
  • Build Your World … Environment
  • Future Style … Style and Design
  • Kickin’ It … Entertainment
  • Game Plan …Video Games and Other Games
  • Robotics and Space
